Still photographs and video can be obtained, if required, to develop evidence on the target and associates of the target. This can be conducted on a spot check or continuous basis, as your budget will allow.

Moving Surveillance can also be conducted. Background checks can also be conducted on targets and associates. Vehicle license plates can be identified, photos identified, criminal and civil records can be obtained on associates and the target and all activity and movement will be documented.

All surveillance is confidential. Surveillance evidence can be used in all civil and criminal cases or as needed by the client/attorney. Investigators will also attend depositions with documented surveillance evidence that was obtained in the field. Investigators will appear for court testimony upon request/subpoena of the client/attorney.

Surveillance can be conducted worldwide, as long as the case originates in North Carolina. We have contacts that are licensed and available for surveillance on any location or target(s) in the Carolinas and worldwide. A retainer and contract are required for all surveillance requests.
