Investigators will conduct surveillance on a spouse or ex-spouse to determine the activities of that spouse. This can be conducted with or with out the minor children being present with the respective spouse. Surveillance and investigative research can produce case winning evidence in a child custody matter.

Behavior and other factors are studied and documented while the investigators conduct surveillance. Evidence such as alcohol use, indecent behavior, violent, inadequate or dangerous surroundings for the minor child, evidence of abuse or neglect and other additional evidence will be documented. Investigators can document and video/photograph the child being left unattended or unsupervised and/or present with unknown associates.
